About TitanWBL – A Work-Based Learning
Platform for School Districts
TitanWBL is a Work-Based Learning platform designed to help school districts manage, track, and report Work-Based Learning experiences with accuracy and ease. Built by former education professionals and software engineers, TitanWBL replaces spreadsheets and manual processes with a modern, scalable solution for CTE programs.
Our Story
TitanWBL was born out of neccessity
Our co-founders, Chris Durham and Alejandro Arcos, brought together two worlds: education and technology. Chris knows the challenges of Work-Based Learning and CTE data management from the inside out, having served as a CTE Coordinator and CTE Manager at a large school district in California. A life-changing family health event led him to step away from his role in Career Technical Education but opened the door to a new path as an entrepreneur.
At the same time, Alejandro, a software developer, partnered with Chris to bring his vision to life in code. Together, they combined Chris’s industry expertise with Alejandro’s technical skills to create a Work-Based Learning platform that could replace spreadsheets and manual processes with a streamlined, scalable solution.
Driven by this collaborative spirit and real-world insight, TitanWBL was born — software designed to transform how schools and districts manage their Work-Based Learning and CTE initiatives.
What TitanWBL Does
TitanWBL is a Work-Based Learning platform built to help school districts manage the full lifecycle of Work-Based Learning programs. From tracking student participation to managing industry partners and generating reports, TitanWBL replaces manual workflows with a centralized system.
Districts use TitanWBL to track internships, work-based experiences, and student progress in real time. The platform provides clear visibility into program performance, helping administrators make informed decisions and demonstrate impact.
By bringing all data into one place, TitanWBL reduces errors, saves time, and ensures that reporting requirements are met without last-minute stress or disconnected spreadsheets.
Who We Serve
TitanWBL is designed for school districts, county offices of education, and Regional Occupational Programs (ROP) that manage Work-Based Learning and Career Technical Education programs.
Whether supporting a single school or an entire district, TitanWBL adapts to different program structures and reporting requirements. The platform is built to support coordinators, administrators, and educators who need a reliable system to manage complex data and demonstrate program success.
As Work-Based Learning continues to expand, districts need tools that scale with their programs. TitanWBL provides the flexibility and structure needed to support long-term growth while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

What sets us apart
Built by people who ran WBL programs
not by vendors guessing at what you need
The TitanWBL team has firsthand experience working inside school districts in the exact roles the platform supports — WBL coordination, CTE administration, and district data analysis. Every feature exists because we lived the problem it solves.
Because every organization runs WBL differently, TitanWBL is fully configurable — whether you're a large unified district, a county office, or an ROP with a lean team.
