Our Services
TitanWBL provides a cloud-based platform designed to support Work-Based Learning (WBL) and Career Technical Education (CTE) programs. The platform enables educational institutions and organizations to manage student experiences, internships, industry partnerships, reporting, and related data.
By using TitanWBL, you agree to:
- Use the platform solely for lawful educational and administrative purposes
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and use
- Ensure that all data entered into the platform complies with applicable laws, including student data protection regulations
TitanWBL reserves the right to modify, enhance, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice.
Property rights
All rights, title, and interest in and to TitanWBL—including but not limited to its software, design, features, databases, dashboards, and underlying technology—are owned by Arcos Technology Services Corp and/or its licensors.
- Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform during the term of their subscription
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the platform
- All trademarks, logos, and branding associated with TitanWBL remain the property of their respective owners
User-generated data (such as student records, reports, and program data) remains the property of the customer (e.g., school district or organization), subject to applicable agreements.
Prohibited activities
Users agree not to misuse TitanWBL or assist others in doing so. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform or its systems
- Uploading malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the service
- Using the platform to store or transmit unlawful, abusive, or inappropriate content
- Sharing login credentials or allowing unauthorized users to access the system
TitanWBL reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any violation of these terms.
Services management
TitanWBL may, at its sole discretion:
- Modify or update features, functionality, or user interfaces
- Perform maintenance, updates, or security improvements
- Temporarily suspend access for system upgrades or technical issues
- Monitor system usage to ensure performance, security, and compliance
We strive to provide a reliable and high-performing service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Users are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials
- Ensuring proper use of the system within their organization
- Promptly notifying TitanWBL of any unauthorized access or security concerns
Disclaimer of Warranties
TitanWBL is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the service
- We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted
- Use of the platform is at your own risk
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TitanWBL shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
- Damages resulting from service interruptions or system failures
This applies even if TitanWBL has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Termination
TitanWBL may suspend or terminate access to the platform:
- Immediately, without prior notice, if these Terms are violated
- At the end of a subscription term, if not renewed
- If required by law or contractual obligations
Upon termination:
- Access to the platform will be revoked
- Data access may be limited based on the agreement in place
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
TitanWBL reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
- Changes will be effective upon posting on the website
- Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms
